ENGAGED: Jeff and Chelsea

Jeff and Chelsea are such a sweet couple who will be getting married next April. We met downtown and discovered there were a lot of people down there for the last day of Art prize. It made it a challenge but we still found some great spots. While talking to them, I found out I used to hang out with her brother, such a small world!
